Provision of formally written detailed therapy report or programme

Additonal Points:
Travel may incur a charge of £40 per hour plus 45p per mile
Please note I am not registered directly with any Insurance companies but am able to provide a written receipt for any sessions you wish to claim for.
Cancellation policy- cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the session price. Non-attendance will be charged at 100% of the session price.
